The Center for Communication Disorders (CCD) at Rocky Mountain University is a pro bono clinic whose mission is to provide exceptional Speech-Language Pathology services to members of the community, particularly the underserved and uninsured. CCD services include evaluation and treatment of pediatric and adult clients with disorders or differences of speech, language, cognition, voice, feeding, and swallowing, including childhood apraxia of speech. Services are provided by students in the Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology program, under the direction and close supervision of faculty members who are licensed Speech-Language Pathologists. The students and faculty members work together to plan and implement each patient’s evaluation and treatment plan.
