My treatment approach to treating children with apraxia of speech is unique to each child and their specific needs. As an experienced speech language pathologist, I utilize my diagnostic findings and collaborate with parents to determine what words/movement gestures/syllable shapes are most functional and meaningful to the client and/or their family. Ideally, treatment sessions will occur 3x times per week. Treatment sessions should be efficient, effective, and enjoyable!
