Overall Treatment Approach:

Fun, motivating sessions centered around the child's interests with extreme focus on providing intense motor planning practice using the Principles of Motor Learning and use of growth mindset statements. I have completed the Advanced Training in DTTC which is an evidence-based treatment for CAS.

Parent Involvement:

I encourage parents to be highly involved the therapy process. Their input and follow through is critical to successful treatment.

AAC Use/Implementation Expertise:

I have used personalized AAC in treatment for years. Although it is not my specialty, I feel comfortable with developing a plan and referring to other SLP's or obtaining help from other resources when needed.
