I use evidenced based, motor planning strategies such as DTTC (Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing) for treating CAS with multimodal cueing. A thorough dynamic assessment will be performed to determine the specific needs for the child and a treatment plan developed based on each specific child. If AAC is needed to aid in communication while the child is working on improving speech intelligibility, therapy will also involve use of AAC device using motor planning strategies.
