I believe that therapy should be fun, effective and meaningful. I incorporate evidence-based treatment methods based on current research and my clients' needs. I use both formal and informal measures including parent report and clinical observation to determine initial treatment plans. I make sure to incorporate preferred interests into therapy sessions as therapy is most effective when a child is engaged and motivated to participate.
