What is most important for us is that your child’s therapy is customized to his/her needs! Every therapy plan is built from scratch. We always start with a free initial consultation to get to know your child. Then we do an evaluation if that is needed. From the evaluation, we select the most optimal goals and treatment techniques for your child. All our interventions include a multi-sensory approach. For example, that could mean touching your child’s face to help him/her do the sounds, using gestures or pictures to represent sounds, or playing the drum to tap out syllables. All interventions are embedded in activities tailored to what your child likes, so that he/she is looking forward to the therapy sessions!

We use all cutting edge treatment programs that have been shown to be effective for kids with Apraxia of Speech such as dynamic temporal and tactile cueing (DTTC), Rapid Syllable Transition Training (ReST).
