Speech therapy will include high rates of (fun!) practice of meaningful, high-frequency target words as appropriate given a child's consonant, vowel, and syllable-shape inventory. Vivienne Finche, MA, CCC-SLP is trained in the DTTC (Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing) approach. Functional communication is always considered and AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) may be part of therapy as well. Guidance for home practice will be shared.
