Overall Treatment Approach:

Our therapy sessions are tailored to the individual child. We use a variety of methods which encompasses tactile, auditory and shaping of speech motor movements (DTTC, PROMPT, etc). Each session is play based while using each child's strengths to target their area of weakness.

Parent Involvement:

Parents are welcome in all of our sessions, at the end of each session time is taken to review what was worked on and 'homework' is assigned. Parents are a vital part of the therapy process in our clinic.

AAC Use/Implementation Expertise:

AAC is utilized when appropriate. The use of AAC is used for both consistent modeling of speech and language as well as to augment communication to alleviate frustration.
