My treatment approach is individualized for every child to ensure I am meeting the child's individual needs. I follow the DTTC approach of selecting the appropriate targeted sounds in a limited quantity specific to each child. During sessions, I utilize the principles of motor learning including simultaneous production, tactile cues, specific feedback on movement gestures, and prosodic variation. I also incorporate structured and play based activities in order to aid in generalization of learned skills.
