This webinar will focus on a multi-sensory approach to therapy that includes the use of sign language, touch cues, visual prompts, pictures, AAC devices and verbal cues to support verbal speech for children with apraxia. Strategies for building motivation in therapy will be embedded in the discussion of this approach. Videos of toddler, preschool, and early school-age children in therapy will be used to enhance strategy understanding and implementation.
